Went to Peasholm etc. Came home.

Notes

Grandad was in Scarborough for a week’s holiday, see Chapter 21. This was his final day and he visited Peasholm Park. This park opened in 1912 and had been extended to include Peasholm Glen in 1924. I am not sure what the “etc” referred to but may have included boating on the lake, exploring Peasholm Glen, the putting green and refreshments at the café or kiosks.
