This index lists the various books I have referred to in relation to compiling these notes. This index differs from others in that it does not give links to specific chapters. It is organised by groups. The first few relate to geographical areas, so Kirkby, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, and then Norwich and Norfolk. There is then a group of books about Methodism and religion followed by a group on health and social issues. There is then a group of books related to the royal family and then a number of books or plays that mum or grandad read or saw. Finally, there are groups related to war, travel/transport and mining.
