We refers to my grandmother, Ethel Cirket, and my grandfather, Gordon Parkin. This was five years before they married, see Chapter 16. It seems they made a bit of a tour of about 45 miles. Grandad had a motorbike at this time which allowed him to travel further afield, see Chapter 18.
