Ethel went to Felixstowe women’s temperance meeting (a circuit outing). Notes Ethel refers to my grandmother Ethel May Cecilia Parkin. She was active in the women’s temperance movement in the early seventies, see Chapter 107, and attended a number of meetings including this one in Felixstowe.
