Grandad – Mr Larkins finished the hall, he is coming again after Easter (finish TUE).
Mum – Roger left for France with Mr Cheeseman & 6 other boys at 5am in Hewett School minibus. Not sure where they are going, probably south. Went by Hovercraft from ?Ramsgate. A boy ?Roger/Robert Stewart rang P up & brought some invitations to a party round for girls at High School. Only took 2 tabs.

Mr Larkins Finished Decorating the Hall
Mr Larkins was doing some decorating for grandma and grandad. Grandma and grandad’s house had two bedrooms, see Chapter 117, and he had finished decorating those the previous Friday. He had started the work on 10 March. I am not sure when he started decorating the hall but it seems he finished today. I am also not sure what else he was going to decorate but he was going to finish after Easter. It seems he probably did finish on Tuesday 1 April.
I Went on a School Camping Trip to France
Roger refers to me. Mr Cheeseman was my French teacher at the Hewett School. I went camping with him in both 1975 and 1976, see Chapter 118.
Tricia Was Given Invitations to a Party
P refers to my older sister Tricia (Patricia). She was given a number of invitations for girls at the High School to go to a party. According to her diary, mum thought the boy who gave her the invitations was Roger or Robert Stewart, see Chapter 118.
Mum Took Two Doxepin Tablets
Mum had fairly recently started taking the tricyclic antidepressant doxepin (Sinequan). She was supposed to take three per day but had only been taking two as they were making her feel “muzzy” in the middle of the day, see Chapter 116.
