Ethel met Sheila & went to Mills & Reeve re our wills. Very cold.

Notes

Grandad was unwell at this time having had a stroke a few days earlier, see Chapter 100. The handwriting changes at this point and I think grandma was keeping his diary for him at this time.

Ethel refers to my grandmother Ethel May Cecilia Parkin. Sheila refers to my mother Sheila May Drew nee Parkin. Mills and Reeve were a firm of solicitors. They continue to operate.
