The Prince of Wales passed through Kirkby to Nottm. After tea went to Nottm.

I am not exactly sure this says Kirkby but it could. Nottm refers to Nottingham. The Prince of Wales referred to here is the future King Edward VIII. For more details of this visit, see Chapter 26.
