Ethel went to DLM. Ethel went to vote in the village hall for the new Rural District Council called Broadlan instead of Aylsham & St Faiths. I went with Ron about 17.50 also to vote (both of us). Weather still warm & sunny.

DLM refers to Drayton Ladies’ Meeting which was based at Drayton Methodist Church, see Chapter 107.
